Job Description
A leading specialist ductworkcontractor is currently recruiting for an experienced Ductworking Supervisor to join their delivery team on long-term UK projects. This is an excellent opportunity for a proven Ductworking Supervisor looking for stability, progression, and high-quality work. The successful candidate will take responsibility for supervising ductwork installation works on site, managing operatives, coordinating with other trades, and ensuring all works are delivered safely, on programme, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage ductwork installation teams on site
  • Ensure ductwork installations are completed in line with drawings, specifications, and programme
  • Control labour, materials, plant, and site logistics
  • Carry out quality inspections and ensure high installation standards
  • Report progress, issues, and updates to project and site management
  • Coordinate works with other trades to maintain efficient workflow
  • Maintain daily site records, progress reports, and labour timesheets
  • Lead toolbox talks and ensure full compliance with RAMS and Health & Safety
  • Attend site meetings and support short-term and look-ahead planning

Requirements
Proven experience working as a Ductworking Supervisor or senior ductwork installer
Strong knowledge of ductwork systems and HVAC installation methods
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
Experience supervising site operatives and subcontractors
Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
Proactive, solutions-focused approach to site issues
Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines

Qualifications

  • SSSTS or SMSTS (essential)
  • CSCS Supervisor Card (preferred)
  • Full UK driving licenc
